EchoStar Corporation seeks a minor modification to its authorization to operate the EchoStar 12 satellite at 61.35 W.L. See attached narrative. Narrative 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
