                         Dear Mr. Albuquerque:

                         Satellite CD Radio, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sirius XM Radio Inc.
                         (together “Sirius XM”), by counsel, files this letter to make minor corrections to the
                         Sirius FM-3 (call sign S2015) de-orbit information provided to the Federal
                         Communications Commission (“Commission”) on August 22, 2016.1

                         Specifically, the final orbital altitude of Sirius FM-3 is 31,027 km with an argument
                         of perigee of 0.273 degrees.
