(“Globalstar”) and Paul Monte, Globalstar’s Vice President – Engineering & Product Development, along with Josh Roland and the undersigned, counsel to Globalstar, met with Mindel De La Torre, Roderick Porter, Cassandra Thomas, Robert Nelson, Karl Kensinger, Steven Spaeth, Fern Jarmulnek, Howard Griboff, and Gardner Foster of the Commission’s International Bureau. Among other issues, during the meeting Globalstar discussed the above- referenced application proceeding, including its plans to amend that application in the next several days to update the Commission on Globalstar’s planned deployment of its second- generation constellation.
