("PanAmSat") herein notes that the schedule for moving Intelsat 2 to 169.10° E.L. has moved forward as a result of Intelsat 5s earlier—than—expected redeployment to 169.0° E.L. Specifically, PanAmSat now expects to move Intelsat 2 to 169.10 E.L. on January 12, 2009, rather than in March 2009 as stated in the above referenced modification application.
