   Dear Ms. Dortch:

           Globalstar Licensee LLC ("Globalstar") submits the following additional information for
   the record in the above—referenced application proceeding. At the request of the NTIA,
   Globalstar hereby confirms that MSS/ATC mobile terminals and base stations operated in the
   2483.5—2495 MHz band will comply with the out—of—band emission limits set forth in the
   following tables for all emission types.

          Mobile Terminals

           Globalstar ATC mobile terminals placed into service before January1. 2012, will comply
   with the unwanted emission limits shown in Table 1.
