According to NORAD data, Espress 2 is drifting 0.175 degreeslday, which likely explains why it is no longer at 66.80 E.L. Also, the NORAD data is now showing a spacecraft at 65.10 E.L. -- SYNCOM 2. 2. Both of the bands 12.5-12.75 and 11.7-11.95 are space-to-Earth. Note, however, that at 66 EL., the band 11.7-11.95 is not used. Please let me know if there's anything else you need. Thanks. Susan H.
