In Exhibit C of the above-referenced pending application PanAmSat reported that the officers of PanAmSat include Patricia Casey, General Counsel & Secretary, Anita Beier, Controller, and Linda Kokal, Treasurer. PanAmSat submits this letter to inform the Commission that Steve Spengler has became the President and Chief Operating Officer of PanAmSat.
