(“PanAmSat”), by its attorneys, files this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules’ to update information concerning the pending modification application to relocate SBS-6 to, and to operate the satellite at, 80.90’ W.L. In Exhibit C of the above-referenced pending application PanAmSat reported that the officers of PanAmSat include James B. Frownfelter, President & Chief Operating Officer, Patricia Casey, General Counsel & Secretary, Anita Beier, Controller, and Linda Kokal, Treasurer. PanAmSat submits this letter to inform the Commission that James B. Frownfelter is no longer an officer of PanAmSat, and has been replaced by Steve Spengler, who currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of PanAmSat.
