81 1 ATTACHMENT Conditions of Authorization IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20071010-00138 Call Sign: S2640 -I ,.. - The request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") for a modification of its authorization, File No. SAT-MOD-20071010-00138,' IS GRANTED. According1 DIRECTV IS AUTHORIZED to relocate the DIRECTV 11 satellite from the 99.2 W.L. orbital location to the 99.225" W.L. orbital location and to operate at that locatio the Ka-band (18.3-18.W19.7-20.2 GHz (Downlink) and 28.35-28.60/29.25-30.00 G q . (Uplink)). This authorization is granted in accordance with the terms, conditions, an technical specifications set forth in DIRECTV's application, this Attachment, and the: __I Commission' s rules: i 1. DIRECTV must coordinate all of its Ka-band downlink operations with Federal fixed-satellite systems, both geostationary and non-geostationary, in accordance with footnote US334 to the Table of Frequency Allocations, 47 C.F.R. 5 2.106. Abse4t a a coordination agreement pursuant to footnote US334, DIRECTV shall operate its Ka- band downlinks on a non-harmful interference basis with regards to Federal systems I in the 18.3-18.8 and 19.7-20.2 GHz bands and must terminate its Ka-band downlink operations immediately in the event that such operations cause harmful interference into operating Federal systems. In addition, DIRECTV must accept interference from such systems absent a coordination agreement pursuant to footnote US334. 2. DIRECTV must maintain the DIRECTV 11 satellite at 99.225' W.L. with +/- 0.05 degree longitudinal stationkeeping. See 47 C.F.R. 5 25.2 lO(i). 3. Other than the change in orbital location of the DIRECTV 11 satellite from 99.200" W.L. to 99.225' W.L., the conditions of DIRECTV's existing authorization for the satellite remain unchanged.2 4. DIRECTV is afforded thirty days from the date of release of this authorization to decline this authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. 5. This Authority is granted pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. 8 0.26 1, and is effective immediately.
