Y ATTACHMENT Conditions of Authorization IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20071010-00137 Call Sign: S2133 The request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC ("DIRECTV") for a modification of its authorization, File No. SAT-MOD-2007 1010-00137,' IS GRANTED. According1 DIRECTV IS AUTHORIZED to relocate the SPACEWAY 2 satellite from the 99 W.L. orbital location to the 99.115" W.L. orbital location and to operate at that locatio# in the Ka-band (18.3-18.W19.7-20.2 GHz (Downlink) and 28.35-28.60/29.25-30.00 GHz (Uplink)). This authorization is granted in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in DIRECTV's application, this Attachment, and the Commission's rules: 1. DIRECTV must coordinate all of its Ka-band downlink operations with F fixed-satellite systems, both geostationary and non-geostationary, in accordance footnote US334 to the Table of Frequency Allocations, 47 C.F.R. 9 2.106. Abse coordination agreement pursuant to footnote US 334, DIRECTV shall operate its band downlinks on a non-harmful interference basis with regards to Federal sys in the 18.3-18.8 and 19.7-20.2 GHz bands and must terminate its Ka-band down operations immediately in the event that such operations cause harmful interfe into operating Federal systems. In addition, DIRECTV must accept interference'from- I . , such systems absent a coordination agreement pursuant to footnote US334. 2. DIRECTV must maintain the SPACEWAY 2 satellite at 99.115' W.L. with +/- 0.05 degree longitudinal stationkeeping. See 47 C.F.R. 9 25.2 lo@. 3. Other than the change in orbital location of the SPACEWAY 2 satellite from 99.200" W.L. to 99.115' W.L., the conditions of DIRECTV's existing authorization for the satellite remain unchanged.2 4. DIRECTV is afforded thirty days from the date of release of this authorization to decline this authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. 5. This Authority is granted pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission's rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. 5 0.26 1, and is effective immediately. Petitions for reconsideration under Section 1.106 or applications for review under Section 1.115 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. $9 1.106, 1.115, may be filed within 30 days of the date of the public notice indicating that this action was taken.
