(“DigitalGlobe”), licensee of a non-geostationary 5 satellite orbit system in the earth exploration-satellite service (“EESS”) under Call Sign S2129, 6 > 6 please find enclosed a copy of confirmation that DigitalGlobe has paid the International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”) cost recovery invoice associated with the submission of $8 Notification Information that was made in connection with DigitalGlobe’ s 2007 modification of q2a license application (File No. SAT-MOD-20070730-00107). DigitalGlobe is submitting this confirmation for the Commission’s information, and to demonstrate that its ITU cost recovery payments are now current. Some bank account details have been redacted from the confimation. On January 24, 2008, the Commission submitted to the ITU, on DigitalGlobe’s behalf, the Notification Information concerning two new spacecraft that DigitalGlobe is adding to its existing EESS constellation under ITU name US ASAT-30A. The January 2008 submission of Notification Information resulted in an ITU cost recovery invoice (No. 100220044/2008) that was due to be paid on or before August 7,2008. DigitalGlobe paid the referenced cost recovery invoice on March 6,2008. A copy of the & payment confirmation for this ITU invoice is included with this letter.
