                   This is to inform you that, on May 17, 2007, Alexandra Field, Senior Vice
       President of Regulatory Affairs, TerreStar Networks, Inc. ("TerreStar"), Douglas
       Brandon, a consultant to TerreStar, Amy Mehilman, of Mehlman Capitol Strategies, Inc.,
       and the undersigned, met with Erika Olsen, Acting Legal Advisor to Chairman Martin.
       In the course of a general description of TerreStar‘s business plan, we discussed
       TerreStar‘s need to select its operating frequencies. This position has been expressed in
       TerreStar‘s filings in the above—referenced proceeding.
