("ICO") on the selection of operating frequencies for its 2 GHz MSS system. ICO reiterated its previous statements on the record in this proceeding, reviewed its discussions with TerreStar Networks, Inc. ("TerreStar") in this matter, and noted ICO‘s efforts to reach an agreement with TerreStar on broader spectrum issues with respect to their 2 GHz MSS authorizations.
