("ICO") and the undersigned, counsel to ICO, met with John Giusti, Roderick Porter, Gardner Foster, Cassandra Thomas, Robert Nelson and Karl Kensinger, all of the International Bureau. ICO outlined its pending request for a brief extension of remaining milestone deadlines under its 2 GHz mobile satellite service authorization and urged the staff to act expeditiously on the request.
