Re: EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation, Application for Minor Modification of DBS
Authority and to Launch and Operate EchoStar 10 at 110° W.L.File No. SAT—MOD—1125—
        00254 and File No. SAT—MOD—20051221—00267

Dear Ms. Dortch:
After a conversation with Bureau staff, EchoStar Satellte Operating Corporation
("EchoStar®) files this supplemental letter to clarify that EchoStar‘s intent since the fling ofthe original
application on November 25, 2005, has always been that the GBLR.gxt fil in the Schedule S represent
the global Telemetry, Tracking, and Command receive beam, and not a narrowly focused spot beam. As
explained by Richard Bamett in his statement fled today, the GXT file data were correctly loaded into
the Schedule S software to identify properly that global beam. ‘The GBLR.gxt file in the separate Zip
file containing the GXT files, provided by email, contains the correct data. Please contact me if you have
any questions about EchoStar‘s application.
