In the Application Narrative attached to the application, EchoStar stated that the EchoStar 10 satellte was set to be launched by mid—February 2006. EchoStar has subsequently been apprised of a possible early— February 2006 launch window (on or about February 6, 2006) forthe satellite. This change has resulted from the fact that a satellit initally scheduled to be launched shead of EchoStar 10 has dropped out of line. EchoStar accordingly respectfully requests action on this application by early February. EchoStar also hereby corzects some minor typographical errors in the Schedule S submitted with the above—referenced application. In Table S—10, Transponder ID 117 should downlink to Transmit Beam T27, not Transmit Bearn T28 as indicated. This transponder uplinks on Receive Channel 14 and downlinks on Transmit Channel 12, as correctly given in the Schedule S.
