In addition to this application, MSV on this date has also filed two additional identical applications for (i) minor modification of its license to operate Narrative 10

Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC (’MSV’) applies for a minor modification of its license to operate an Ancillary Terrestrial Component (’ATC’) in conjunction with the L−band satellite AMSC−1. In addition to this application, MSV on this date has also filed two additional identical applications for (i) minor modification of its license to operate ATC in conjunction with the L band satellite MSV−1 and (ii) minor modification of its license to operate ATC in conjunction with the L−band satellite MSAT−1 and its replacement, licensed by Industry Canada. MSV requests consolidated treatment of these three applications. 13
