These substitutions reflect (1) the pro forma assignment and transfer of control of this authorization to EchoStar Holding Corporation, as approved by the International Bureau on November 15,2007, and consummated on January 1,2008; and ( 2 ) the fact that EchoStar Holding Corporation changed its name to EchoStar Corporation on January 25,2008.
