             Dear Ms. Dortch:

             On June 30, 2005, the International Bureau granted the above-referenced
             request of lntelsat North America LLC ("lntelsat") for modification of its license to
             operate the INTELSAT 602 satellite at 150.5" E.L. Paragraph 22 of the grant
             requires lntelsat to "prepare and submit to the Federal Communications
             Commission, within fifteen days following release of this Order, materials for
             submission to the ITU, pursuant to Article 8.4 of the Radio Regulations, in
             connection with the operations of the INTELSAT 602 spacecraft at the 150.5"
             E.L. orbital location." lntelsat hereby submits the attached requested materials.

                           PARAGRAPH 22 ITU TEXT


The Administration of the United States of America would like to inform the ITU
that a U.S. licensed satellite, INTELSAT 602, has been authorized to provide
services in the C- (3625-4198/5927-6423 MHz) and Ku-bands (10.952-1 1.200,
11.450-11.688 and 14.252-14.488 GHz) from the 150.5" E.L. geostationary orbit
location.

The satellite will be operated in accordance with the Table of Frequency
Allocations of the Radio Regulations.

lntelsat has demonstrated that the intended operations will not cause potential
excess interference to other adjacent operating satellite systems. However, these
operations have been authorized only pursuant to ITU Radio Regulations 4.4.

This information is being submitted for its possible relevance to the provisions of
Article 8 of the Radio Regulations.
