Enclosed please find a copy of a letter dated June 1, 2005 from the government of Indonesia, in which the goverment of Indonesia confirms that it has licensed Indosat to operate a satelite at 150.5° E.L., and that the operation of INTELSAT 602 at 150.5° E. is govered by a license provided by the FCC, and not Indonesia. Intelsatrespectfully requests that the Commission make the June 1, 2008 letter from the govemment of Indonesia a part ofthe record in this proceeding. Sincerely, Susan H.
