Intelsat LLC (’Intelsat’) hereby submits a fleet management notice of modification of its space station authorization for INTELSAT 605 to permit relocation of INTELSAT 605 from 32.9 degrees E.L. to 178.0 degrees E.L. pursuant to a deployment plan. Intelsat plans to start relocation of the INTELSAT 605 satellite in October 2004 and have the satellite at Exhibit A 10

Intelsat LLC (’Intelsat’) hereby submits a fleet management notice of modification of its space station authorization for INTELSAT 605 to permit relocation of INTELSAT 605 from 32.9 degrees E.L. to 178.0 degrees E.L. pursuant to a deployment plan. Intelsat plans to start relocation of the INTELSAT 605 satellite in October 2004 and have the satellite at 178.0 degrees E.L. in March/April 2005. 13
