CoNpITION 8 TTU TEXT ‘The Administration of the United States of America would like toinform the ITU that a 13. licensed satellte, INTELSAT 706, has been authorized to provide services in the C— (3700—420073 MHz) and Ku—bands (10.05—11.2, 1L45—11.7, 1L7—11.95, 12.5— 12.75, 14.0—14.5 GHz) within its designated service areas from the 50.25° EL. geostationary orbit location. The satellite will be operated in accordance with the Table of Frequency Allocations of the Radio Regulations. Intelsat has demonstrated that the intended operations will not cause potential excess interference to other adjacent operating satellte systems. However, these operations have been authorized only under the Radio Regulatory provision 4.4 This information is being submitted for its possible relevance to the provisions of Article 8 of the Radio Regulations.
