SAT-MOD-20040728-00 151 and SAT-MOD-20061002-001 15; Call Sign: S2129 Request for Determination of Compliance with Satellite System Implementation Milestone Dear Ms. Dortch: On October 2,2007, DigitalGlobe filed a letter with the Commission noting the successful launch of its Worldview 60 satellite. Pursuant to Section 25.165(d) of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. $25.165(d), DigitalGlobe requested that the Commission issue a public notice confirming that DigitalGlobe has successfully completed of milestone number four for the above referenced system, as set forth in Section 25.164(b)(4) of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. §25.164(b)(4)). As a supplement to DigitalGlobe’s earlier filing, this letter provides notice that as of November 15, 2007, DigitalGlobe’s Worldview 60 satellite has now reached full operational capability (“FOC”). A copy of this letter will be posted through the “milestone module” of the International Bureau’s electronic filing system.
