       Intelsat 7
       Call Sign S2229


Dear Ms. Dortch:

Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Commission's rules (47 C.F.R. §
25.280(a)), Intelsat License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the
commencement of inclined orbit operations for Intelsat 7, which is
currently operating at 68.65° E.L. Set forth below is the information
required by the Commission.

(1)    The operator's name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)    The satellite left the 0.05° inclination control box on May 3,
       2013. The last north/south station-keeping maneuver occurred on
       April 24, 2013.

(3)    The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping
       maneuver) was 0.026°.

(4)    The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:

       2013 – 0.787° per year
       2014 – 0.771° per year
       2015 – 0.765° per year
       2016 – 0.769° per year
       2017 – 0.777° per year
       2018 – 0.796° per year
       2019 – 0.823° per year

The expected end—of—life of the satellite accounting for inclined orbit
operations is April 2019.
