Robinson of AOS, hc.raised concerns regarding the terms of the ATC license issued to MSV, We understand that Mobilc Satellite Ventures LP, Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc., 4 Inrnarsat Global Limited recently entered into a long-term coordination ageement regardipg the operation of hunmat's and MSV's satellite communications systems in North America, and that, pursuant to that agreemeat, and subject to it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (united States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), Trunatsat has withdrawn its Application for Review and other filings in these proceedings. For these reasons, and subject to that same condition, AOS, hc. withdraws its filing dated December 20,2004 in these proceedings.
