During the course of the meeting, Mr. Abbruzzese discussed Motient’s strong interest in the above-referenced applications and in the Ancillary Terrestrial Component (“ATC”) enhancement to MSV’s mobile satellite service. The undersigned and Mr. Abbruzzese urged favorable resolution of the issues presented by MSV’s pending petition for reconsideration and rejection of Inmarsat’s efforts to delay and obstruct implementation of MSV’s ATC system.
