Dear Ms. Dortch:

Pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules’ and the Supplemental Order issued
in MB Docket No. 03-124 on April 9,2004; DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV
Enterprises”) hereby requests that its pending application for minor modification of its
DBS system and for authorization to relocate and operate its DIRECTV 6 satellite, File
No. SAT-MOD-20030613-0012 1, be amended to reflect the de facto transfer of control
of The DIRECTV Group, Inc. (“DIRECTV Group”) (formerly, Hughes Electronics
Corporation3) from General Motors Corporation to The News Corporation Limited
(“News C ~ r p . ” ) . ~
