(Debtor—in—Possession) and Loral SpaceCom Corporation (Debtor—in—Possession) to Intelsat North America LLC Notification of New Space Station Name Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat North America LLC ("Intelsat North America") hereby notifies the Commission that, pursuant to an FCC order released on February 11, 2004 ("Order"),‘ the space station authorizations that were the subject of the Order were assigned by Loral Satellite Inc. (Debtor—in—Possession) and Loral SpaceCom Corporation (Debtor—in—Possession) (collectively, "Loral") to Intelsat North America on March 17, 2004. Additionally, Intelsat North America herein informs the Commission that it has re— named the four existing space stations and one planned space station formerly owned by Loral to reflect their new ownership.
