Loral timely executed a construction contract forthis slot but given the longstanding and continuing difficulties associated with the coordination ofthis slot with Brazil‘s TTU filing at 70 degrees W.L. (described in detail in the above referenced filing) as well as the circumstances that necessitated Loral‘s Chapter 11 rearganization filing last year, Loral has not proceeded with construction of this satellite.
