(°SES AMERICOM"), by its attorneys, hereby withdraws the above—referenced applications. The applications relate to a proposed redeployment of SES AMERICOM‘s current and planned satellites. Specifically, SES AMERICOM had proposed to operate its planned AMC—9 satellite at the 72° W.L. orbital location (File No. SAT—AMD—20021015—00188), to relocate AMC—6 from 72° W.L. to 101° W.L. (File Nos. SAT—MOD—20021127—00232 and SAT—AMD— 20030131—00007) and to relocate AMC—4 from 101° W.L. to 85° W.L. (File No. SAT— MOD—20030314—00028). However, SES AMERICOM‘s business requirements have changed, and SES AMERICOM no longer plans to implement these alterations in its fleet. Accordingly, SES AMERICOM requests that the Commission dismiss the referenced applications.
