Specifically, Intelsat requests authority to make the fbilowihg modification to its authorization for the satellite listed below: 1. _ INTELSAT 907 (S2411), Filé No. SAT—LOA—20000119—00025, Intelsat ~o > requests modification of its license to permit the deployment of the INTELSAT 907 satellite at 27.5° W.L. in the first quarter of 2003 rather than at 31.5°WL in February 2003.‘ 1 Intelsat will apply for an extension ofthe launch milestone if the current February, 2003 launch milestone can not be met.

SAT—MOD—20020918—00183 Today, we grant Intelsat LLC‘s request‘ to modify its license and permit deployment of the INTELSAT 907 satellite at 27.5° W.L. rather than at 31.5° W.L. as originally authorized, subject to the following condition: 1}) Intelsat LLC will operate its INTELSAT 907 satellite in compliance with all existing coordination agreements. 1 See Application ofIntelsat LLCfor Authority to Operate, and to Further Construct, Launch, and Operate C—band and Ku—band Satellites that Form a Global Communications System in Geostationary Orbit, Memorandum Opinion Order and Authorization, 15 FCC Red 15460, recon. denied, 15 FCC Red 25234 (2000), further proceedings, 16 FCC Red 12280 (2001) (Intelsat Licensing Order). In the Licensing Order, Intelsat LLC was authorized to deploy the INTELSAT 907 satellite at 31.5° W.L, with an operational date of February 28, 2003.
