GHz and 188—19.3 GHz bands, using a constelltion of non—geostationary satelites. On Fbruary 1, 2002, Teledesic sought the Commission‘s permission to modify ts licensed constellation; that application remains pending as File No. SAT—MOD—20020201—0001 1. Teledesic hereby surrenders the license referenced above and asks that the relaced modification application be dismissed.
