Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level CARD, CBLD, GARD, GBLD, EHRD, WHRD, 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -30 dBW/Hz - NELD, NWLD, SELD, SWLD 10.95 – 11.2 GHz -19 dBW/Hz ‐ S1VD, S2AD, S3VD 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -19 dBW/Hz ‐ S1VD, S2AD, S3VD 11.7 – 11.95 GHz -19 dBW/Hz ‐ S1VD, S2AD, S3VD 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -45 dBW/Hz S1HU, S2VU, S3HU Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
