("Situs") certifies that it has completed construction and begun operations of its S—band transmit/receive earth station with call sign E990291. The Commission granted Sirius a license to operate this earth station on March 20, 2001. The facility has been completed as authorized, including the gain patterns specified in Section 25.209, and each antenna facility has been tested. Sirius will continue operation of this earth station during its license period, and if it does not continue operation it will submit the license for cancellation.
