You have requested additional information to demonstrate that Astrolink has satisfied its construction commencement milestone, and that it will be able to complete construction of and launch the satellite by the required milestone. The letter requests that the supplemental information be submitted by April 3, 2002. Given that the letter arrived during the Passover holiday and just prior to the Easter holiday, Astrolink hereby requests a one—week extension of time, until April 10, 2002, in which to respond. The additional time will enable Astrolink to provide a more complete reply to the Satellite Division. Moreover, no party will be prejudiced by this modest extension of time.
