(“NGST”), by its attorneys, hereby withdraws the March 2,2001 Petition for Reconsideration of the International Bureau’s January 3 1,2001 Order and Authorization in the above-captioned proceeding, Teledesic LLC, 16 FCC Rcd 2501 (Int’l. Bur. 2001), that was filed by TRW Inc. (NGST’s predecessor in interest). NGST also withdraws its associated Reply, which was filed on March 27,2001. With Teledesic LLC’s June 2003 surrender of the authorization that is the subject of NGST’s Petition and Reply, the request for clarification contained in the Petition has become moot. No further Commission action is required.
