Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, Inc. has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority to operate its DIRECTV 4S satellite at the 110.55° W.L. orbital location for an eight-week period following the launch of the satellite to conduct in-orbit tests. At the completion of testing, DIRECTV will move the DIRECTV 4S satelilte into its assigned location of 101.2° W.L. ++++++++++++++++++ PLEASE NOTE: Comments on this request may be filed on or before November 16, 2001.
