Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, Inc. has filed a request for Special Temporary Authority to operate its DIRECTV 4S satellite at the 110.55° W.L. orbital location for an eight-week period following the launch of the satellite to conduct in-orbit tests.
