Oct. 2,200l) (“order”); General Electric Capital Corporation and SES Global, S.A., SupplemenkzZ Order, DA 01-2482 (rel. Oct. 26, 2001). See Application File Nos. Concurrent with the consummation of the authorized transfer of control, GE Americom amended its articles of incorporation to change its name from “GE American Communications, Inc.” to “SES Arnericom, Inc.” (“SES Americom”). A certificate from the State of Delaware, Office of the Secretary of State, which authenticates this name change, is appended hereto as Exhibit B. AI1 of the licenses and authorizations listed in Exhibit A with the exception of those held by Columbia are subject to this name change a Additionally, SES Americom has re-named twelve of its Commission Iicensed existing and planned space stations to reflect the new company name. A list of the former and new space station names is appended hereto as Exhibit C. ’ The licenses and authorizations listed in Exhibit A are identical to those listed in Appendix A to the Order, subject to two exceptions concerning space stations licensed to Columbia First, Exhibit A lists space station “Columbia 5 15” (located at 37.7” W-L.); Appendix A to the Order incorrectly refers to this space station as “Columbia 5 11.” Second, Exhibit A lists space station ‘%.I%-22” (to be located at 37.5’ W.L.); as noted in Appendix B to the Order, the application for this space station was pending when the Order was issued; the Commission subsequently granted Columbia’s application on November 14,200l. See Columbia Communications Corporation, Memorandum Qpinion and Order, DA 01-2633 (rel. Nov. 14,200l). In addition to the foregoing discrepancies, SES Americom presently is working with the Commission’s staff to determine why two Section 214 authorizations (File NOS. ITC-87-140 and ITC-92-148) which were identfkd in SES Global’s transfer of contro1 appIication were not listed in Appendix A to the Order 3 In addition to the instant notification, SES Americom will be filing, via the Commission’s Universal Licensing System, separate notifications of consummation and name change with respect to the microwave licenses listed in Exhibit A.
