An extension of time is warranted in this case in order to allow QUALCOMM and other parties sufficient time to analyze and respond to the Opposition filed by Geostar Positioning Corporation on November 7, 1990, as well as to Comments filed by Motorola Inc. 21710961

QUALCOMM has contacted the attorneys for all other parties to this proceeding. None of those parties objects to a grant of this request for extension of time, and all parties agree that the establishment of a single date for filing of responses will aid the Commission‘s administrative efficiency.
