David Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson, both United States citizens, hold (as tenants in the entirety) 70.84 percent of the equity in Spectrum Five. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson’s address is 1776 K Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20006. SkyWorks LLC holds 16.06 percent of the equity of Spectrum Five.
