Dortch Secretary Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 Re: Spectrum Five LLC, 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service Application, File No. SAT-LOI-20160308-00025 Dear Ms. Dortch: On March 8, 2016, Spectrum Five applied for a license to provide 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service to the United States from the 110.9° W.L. orbital location. 1 I write to provide errata to that application. First, the application should list the Netherlands as the "administration [that] has licensed or is in the process of licensing the space station" or "has coordinated or is in the process of coordinating the space station" in response to Question 42b on Form 312. As already explained in the narrative attached to that application, "the Kingdom of the Netherlands will act as the sponsoring administration for notification, coordination, examination, and registration of Spectrum Five's networks to the ITU."2 Second, the application inadvertently provided the same document as Appendix B-1 and Appendix B-2.
