frequencies to be used for telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C) functions with respect to the Letters
of Intent for Authority to Access the U.S. Market Using Non—U.S. Licensed Ka—Band Geostationary
Satellite at the 79° W.L., 109.1° W.L. and 132.9° W.L. Orbital Locations. The table below sets forth the
TT&C freque“ncies intended to be used on each of the satellites.
                                                                                  n

                               Usage Frequency Polarization
                             Command 14000.3 MHz RHCP & V
                             Command 14498.5 MHz RHCP & H
                             Telemetry 11700.5 MHz RHCP & H
                             Telemetry 12197.75 MHz RHCP & V

The right hand circular polarization will only be used in emergency mode. ViaSatis in the process of
coordinating these frequencies with the neighboring satellites.

As indicated in each of the applications, TT&C operations will be provided from outside of the United
States; ViaSat does not seek Commission authority to operate TT&C on these frequencies.
