Mottur, Senior Counsel, Brownstein Hyatt & Farber, P.C. and undersigned counsel for TerreStar plus Gregory C. Staple for TMI met with Commissioner Martin and Sam Feder, Senior Legal Advisor to Commissioner Martin about the status of the above matter, certain substantive points reflected in the submissions already on file in this proceeding and the possible implications of reinstatement of the TMI license for future milestone requirements. Subsequently, Mr. Mottur and the undersigned talked briefly with Mr. Feder by telephone. On the same day, the same persons, except Mr. Rivers, met with Commissioner Adelstein and Barry Ohlson, Legal Advisor to Commissioner Adelstein on the same subjects.
