Participating on behalf of Amazon were C. Andrew Keisner, Julie Zoller, and Darren Achord, as well as Carlos Nalda of LMI Advisors and Jen Hindin of Wiley Rein LLP as outside counsel. The Bureau was represented by Jose Albuquerque, Karl Kensinger, Stephen Duall, Samuel Karty, Jameyanne Fuller, and Alan Thomas (by phone). The parties discussed Amazon’s recent response to the Bureau’s questions,1 as well as Amazon’s progress on its development of the Kuiper System.
