("SpaceX") met with Chairman Pai, Aaron Goldberger, and Payton Alexander from Chaiiman Pai's office. Dming this meeting SpaceX first reiterated its position that the Commission should initiate a second Ku/Ka-band NGSO processing round to consider the tranche of applications for NGSO systems that were filed after the cunent processing round closed, but that propose using the same bands. Second, SpaceX discussed its commitment to minimizing orbital debris and its suppo1t for the government's ongoing effo1ts to maintain safe space. Finally, SpaceX discussed the impo1tance of supply chain security for emerging NGSO constellations and thefr associated ground networks. Because these systems can serve people in the U.S . and around the world, the Commission should take appropriate steps to ensure that both the networks and conesponding equipment are secure.
