The attached bond rider supplements SpaceX’s original surety bond filed with the Commission on April 23, 2018, and increases the maximum penal sum of the original surety bond in compliance with the Commission’s rules and the terms of SpaceX’s authorization. 2 Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please direct them to me.
