Boeing acknowledges that it is aware that cost recovery fees are currently charged by the ITU for processing satellite network filings, and that Commission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU.‘ Pursuant to Section 25.111(d) of the Commission‘s rules, Boeing unconditionally accepts the responsibility to pay all consequential ITU cost recovery fees associated with this application, including any additional ITU filings that become necessary to modify or perfect the ITU filings.® Boeing further acknowledges that the Commission‘s submission of ITU filing materials for this application to the ITU on behalf of Boeing does not prejudice the Commission in any way in its review and consideration of this application.
