Subject: Re: Audacy Corporation, IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20161115-00117 (Call Sign S2982) - Erratum
to Form 312, Schedule S

Dear Ms. Dortch,

This letter corrects an inadvertent error concerning orbital plane information in Audacy
Corporation’s (“Audacy’s”) Schedule S submission associated with the above-referenced application
for a non-geostationary satellite system.

In particular, in the Orbital Plane Information section of the Schedule S, the apogee and
perigee of Audacy’s three proposed space station orbits were provided as radiuses rather than
altitudes. For all three orbital planes, this information should be corrected by subtracting the Earth’s
mean radius from the erroneous value of 20,270.4 km, giving a correct value of 13,892.3 km.

Please direct any questions concerning this correction to the undersigned.

Sincerely,

/s/

James Spicer
