Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), in accordance with the Federal Communications Commission’s rules,1
hereby notifies the Commission that the Intelsat 37e satellite arrived on-station at its licensed orbital
location of 18.0° W.L. on February 22, 2018, and in-orbit testing was completed on February 28, 2018.
Intelsat certifies that Intelsat 37e’s operational performance is consistent with its license,2 and that the
satellite can use all assigned frequencies.
